Services built for clean execution
This page explains what we offer, what is included, and how we plan timing. Quotes are confirmed after we review placement, size, and references so session time is allocated accurately.
Single-use consumables and barrier protection.
Sized for movement and readability.
Based on scope and technique choices.
Core services
Each service below includes consultation, placement checks, and aftercare guidance. Pricing ranges are directional; final quotes depend on size, complexity, and the session plan (linework, shading, or saturation).
Custom tattoo design
Custom work starts with references and intent, then moves into a sketch direction that fits the placement. The unglamorous part—line weight, negative space, and how a tattoo reads from a few feet away—is decided before we ever set a stencil.
For larger pieces, we plan a session sequence (outline, shading, saturation) so the skin is not overworked. If your idea needs simplification for longevity, we will explain why and show alternatives that keep the concept intact.
$250–$1,500+
1–2 sessions
Sketch + sizing check
- Sketch-to-stencil flow with placement alignment.
- Session plan built around needle grouping choices.
- Clear aftercare steps and email follow-up.
Fine-line and micro details
Fine-line lives or dies by consistency. We plan line weight, spacing, and stencil placement so details do not crowd as the tattoo settles over time.
$200–$900
1–4 hours
Blackwork and saturation
Dense blacks and smooth gradients require a controlled pass structure. We build saturation methodically to avoid patchiness and minimize skin trauma.
$300–$2,000+
2–8 hours
Cover-up planning
Cover-ups are a planning exercise more than a single appointment. We start with a value map: what is already dark, what can be re-shaped, and where we need the new design to carry contrast. The goal is a piece that looks intentional in normal lighting, not only in studio light.
If a cover-up needs a staged approach (for example, spacing sessions to allow full healing), we outline that plan up front so expectations stay clear.
$400–$2,500+

Consultation
Consultations confirm placement, sizing, and a session plan. They are practical: what to simplify, where to place a focal point, and what will age cleanly.

What is included in a session
Every session includes a placement check, stencil alignment, and an aftercare handoff that is specific to the piece. We also plan around the unglamorous constraints—skin texture, movement, and how fine details will read after healing—so the final tattoo looks intentional long after the appointment.
- Single-use needles and disposable barriers opened per session.
- Sanitized workstation between clients.
- Aftercare instructions and email support during healing.
How quotes and scheduling work
Tattoo work is planned like a craft job: scope, technique, and time. These steps keep communication clear and the studio day calm.
-
01
Send scope and placement
Use the request form to share placement, approximate size, style direction, and any reference images. This is what we need to estimate needle grouping, line pacing, and the amount of shading or saturation involved.
-
02
Artist match and estimate
We match the request to an artist based on style and placement, then confirm an estimate and a realistic session length. If your idea is likely to age better with a design adjustment, we explain the trade-offs plainly.
-
03
Confirm the session plan
We confirm what happens on the day: placement check, stencil, outline versus shading order, and aftercare handoff. Complex pieces may be staged across sessions so healing is respected.
-
04
Aftercare and check-in
You receive clear aftercare instructions and timing guidance. During healing, you can email photos if something looks unusual, and we will advise on the next step.
Request a quote for a specific service
If you already know the service type, select it in the form and share placement, size, and references. We reply within one business day. We do not sell your data.

Not sure which service fits?
Describe the idea and placement, and we will route it to the right artist and session plan. If your concept is better as fine-line or needs a cover-up strategy, we will tell you up front.
